Carpenter ants are the largest problem all over the world. They are serious to that level that carpenter ants are even named after state. They are found any wood. They are even found on trees. They are actual problem when they scavenge your houses. Even if you see one or two of them walking in your house you should mean that they have the nest near by your house.

Danger is near

Carpenter ants generate the swarms all most like any other ants. These swarms are the carpenter ants with the wings. They are meant to leave the existing nest and fly in search of the place to create another nest. They tend to be released in the spring only. So whenever you see any flying carpenter ant or a swarm mean that the danger is near. Carpenter ants do not directly harm the human beings. Treating the carpenter ants

It would be under cabinet, leaky roofs, leaky doors and doorjambs. You can locate it by watching the ants and seeing where they go. Ants either move from their nest or to their nest. This makes it easy to trace them. If not nest they would be in the search of wood shavings. Since carpenter ants do not travel in large numbers, do not expect to see a big trail. These places should be treated with drione dust. Use this dust with hand duster this will kill the ants fast. Drione dust has got the typical formula to kill the ants. It works easy to dehydrate all carpet ants. By this action they will simply die. Hand duster designed in typical manner to apply the dust into cracks and crevices should be used. Drione can penetrate through any crack as it is light and penetrates through any cracks. Do not use liquid material in the nest, as it will certainly fail to reach all sections of the nest.
