So accordingly we can mentally prepare ourselves. Also we don't miss out on any work. Planner will be even more effective when it is divided amongst the family members. As there are different rooms of different family members in the house we can prepare different planners for different rooms. So the person living in that particular room will do the work mentioned in his planner. So by this the work gets divided and also it takes less time. Because when all the workload is on one person then it takes lot of time. So as the work is divided everybody will do their share of their work and will also do it effectively. The time taken will be less and the house will also remain organized.
