So one of the most effective and the simplest logic is to complete your work in advance. Try to complete as much work you can before going to bed. Wash all your utensils and try to complete all the cleaning work in the kitchen before going to bed. The major advantage of this is that you don't have to wake up early in the morning and do all the cleaning work, which nobody likes and nobody will like also. Also as you have all the utensils already cleaned so you can start working right away in the morning and also you will feel relaxed.
