Safe-Lane-Median Barrier Safe-Lane-Median Barrier is a highly durable and strong mountable rubber curbing. It is available with high-impact delineators and can be used for both permanent and temporary installations. Safe-lane has wide application and can be used as a median barrier for traffic channeling, railroad crossing, and traffic control application. Safe-lane is easy to install and allows positive mounting. Safe -lane is mainly made from recycled rubber and is available in black, white and yellow. Flex Curb and Engineered Curb Flex Curb and Engineered Curb are non-mountable rubber curbing. Flex curb can be used both for temporary and permanent curbing manufactured from recycled tire rubber. Flex curb are easy to install and can be field-formed to a 5ft radius. These curbing don't require excavation and have a tenacity of withstanding repeated impacts of 8 trucks. Engineered Curb is a customized rubber curbing that can be made into preformed traffic circles, bulb-outs, islands, center medians and other traffic calming shapes formed according to customer specification. These developments are result of the initiative taken by the RTI, where in they mainly use crumb rubber from recycled passenger car tires. While making these rubber-curbing RBI has taken into consideration the requirements for unrestricted emergency and minimal preparation and have created products that will ideally fit each city's transportation system.
