Baby shower is usually in the later stages of pregnancy; say about in last two months. Sometimes people purposefully wait for the baby to arrive. If you have mother-to-be who would be offended by weight guessing or waist guessing games you might consider leaving them out. You can also buy pre packed games. You can also play with the paper plates like putting them on your head or draw pictures of pregnant women, although it is funny but its fun.
